PropertyZar – Property Management Platform

PropertyZar is a comprehensive property management platform designed to streamline the tasks of landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals by centralizing operations like tenant tracking, maintenance requests, lease management, and financial reporting. The goal was to create an intuitive dashboard and task workflow that helps users efficiently oversee properties of varying sizes without feeling overwhelmed by operational complexity.

As part of the design process, the focus was on understanding the diverse needs of property stakeholders and turning those insights into clear user flows and interface solutions. I contributed to user research, interaction design, and UI development, ensuring that complex data and tools were presented in a way that feels approachable and actionable. The final design balances functional depth with visual clarity, allowing users to confidently manage listings, tasks, and tenant relationships through a cohesive, modern interface.
